 Serial 2in1 IF power uses a medium frequency power supplying electricity to two furnaces respectively . The power of IF power can be distributed between two furnaces arbitrarily, which makes one furnace in charge of melting and the other insulating . Compared with normal parallel structure which has one power and two furnace, serial 2inl IF power has the following properties

Operation of high power factor

The rectification part of the system has always been in the open state in the whole working process(equivalent to diode rectifier),so the power factor of the system will always be in the highest state (=0.96).Parallel IF power can not achieve this performance .

Constant power ortput ,which effectively shorten the melting time

When the system is at work, IF output power is achieved through adjusting inverter trigger angular frequency, which can always make the power out put be in the biggest state . Through the effect of the voltage and current closed-loop ,IF power achieve constant power output. All of the above can effectively shorten the melting time.

The start Merit

The power adjustment is achieved through adjusting tinvverter trigger angular frequency, so the start problem does not exist. No matter in what condition , serial 2in1 IF power can reach 100% start.

Only through adjusting power knob on the panel (or digital operation screen),the power distribution between the two furnace can be achieved .
